- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Full of false promises, no dedication or faith with the client. Most likely in cahoots with the DAs and judges and only interested in taking your cash and finding the State. Friend had mounds of evidence against one false police report, yet the Wallin representative told him to prepare to be found guilty. Wallin as your criminal defense attorney would increase your odds of avoiding incarceration by 75% - 85%. So many people I have spoken to have similar experiences where even when police have overwhelming amounts of evidence or testimony David M.
