  my complaint is bout their loan officer David Urena he called me and emailed me about a prequal aplication a had summited online we spoke on the phone for a few minutes I told him I would call him the next day with some info and questions but he ignores his emails and doesn't return his calls I'm just glad I found out before I went though with my second home loan. I would not recomend him in fact I would say find some one that knows how to follow up and keep you in the loop.

  Not impressed. We ordered a foreign currency at this branch on a Wednesday and they told us that it would be delivered by Friday. Fine. We told the teller that we would come back on Tuesday the following week due to living 1 hour away. She said OK and that she would call us when the currency arrived. Another banker called us on Thursday morning to tell us that the money was in. We told her that we'd be in on Tuesday as discussed with the teller. Well, now this lady tells us "I'm sorry but you have to pick up foreign funds within 5 days and they are going to be returned to the originating bank! We asked to speak with the manager and were told that the supervisor would call us back. Instead, the teller who sold us the currency called back and then falsely claimed that she told us about the 5 day window. Um, no. Neither me nor my husband ever heard her say that and now we have to come down and waste gas and time on a Saturday just to retrieve our already paid for foreign currency or they will send it back on Monday! What a hassle. If we had known about these stupid rules we would have done business with our small bank in our town! And how come 5 days are not 5 business days like they ALWAYS tell you??
