  Thick Plexiglas and video screen tellers... vessels with no real authority that rarely come out from behind the box. Seems to me bank employees know they are unliked. They should be, especially when their computer bosses don't let them be human. Boycott artificial customer service. Update from about a year later... They are still horrible, and I have caught them acting in discriminatory manner when dealing with me. Really, this is a place to avoid like the bubonic plague.

  Service is really bad tellers take too long on serving customers. The lines were very long and they don't bother to add more tellers is the worst experience I've ever had

  This place is a joke. Can't deal with you in person, put the out of order sign on wrong machine. And when you try to call teller thru new machine that shows no customer service, nobody answers! And live tellers won't help you. What a joke

  The worst banking experience I've ever had. They force you into an automated window and deny any teller service. There are at least a dozen people walking around doing nothing instead of working behind the window as they should. I don't understand why employee a building full of people and have them do absolute nothing it seems like a waste of man hours and bad management.
